8 burgers

Execution
Spread the burgers in a pan and cut the tomato into slices.
Pour a little salt and paprika on the tomato.
Bake in a preheated oven.
Just before taking them out, put the cheese on top to melt.

2 cups full strained yogurt
1 cucumber

sugar

For meat
Grill the kebabs (be careful not to let them dry out).
Spread butter on the pies, sprinkle them with sweet paprika and bake them over the kebabs.
Cut the onion and tomato into thin slices and finely chop the parsley.
For the magic sauce
In a saucepan, burn the pulp with the sunflower oil, spices and sugar until it darkens.
Add water (be careful! We want our sauce to be thick so we add a little water.)
For the tzatziki
Cut the cucumber into cubes, leave it in the colander for a while to get out of its many liquids.

Cut the pies into 4, pour over the sauce to soften and place the kebabs on top.
